signal on the DX-398. WTFDA db has only 9 SS in USA of which only 5
are close enough in TX, but only one of those is above translator
level: KHCU Concan TX, 9.9/9.9 kW but religious. Concan, population
100, is north of Uvalde in S Central TX; doubt it. More likely a
full-power Mexican on meteor scatter, or sporadic E attempting; plenty
