Week 2 of the festival will be aired at 0000 UTC, Sunday, May 8, on 5950 kHz. ===== The (Dixie) Chicks Like them or not, The (Dixie) Chicks are one of the most recognizable acts in country music.   The group’s 2006 release of Not Ready to Make Nice responded to their 2003 blacklisting for comments about Iraq's invasion and former President George W. Bush.  The song, which itself was criticized in some circles, put them back in the music mainstream.
