This is an interesting case.
The BBC WS schedule changed on 27 March. They scheduled a two hour broadcast from 1300 to 1500 UTC on 15740. Just days later, China Radio International, broadcasting from Bamako, Mali, West Africa at 300 kW, decided to go on the air daily from 1300 to 1400 UTC on 15745. Now the BBC has scaled back their broadcast to just 1400 to 1500 UTC. Also, there is some nifty jamming going on down at 15470 around this time. Radio Free Asia is getting blasted with something that sounds like interference from an old-fashioned TV. Lots of fun going on... Karl Zuk Katonah, NY
