Transmission much UNSTABLE in frequency, 
moves up and down - up to 600 Hertz - bandwidth is like

10 kHz on lower sideband, and
7 kHz on upper sideband.
At 06.24 UT moves up and down, mainly upp-wards approx.
15495.634 kHz. Music program heard.
