Belgium brokered, now also via via SPC-NURTS Spaceline Ltd. Sofia
Kostinbrod Bulgaria relay site. Noted at 04.30 UT on April 10. S=9+15dB
here in Germany.

FRANCE  9525even 'Denge Welat' Kurdish via TDF Issoudun likely, and

9525.021 kHz upper flank of TRT Radio Recep Erdogan jamming on same
channel, here in western Europe on S=9+10dB at 04.37 UT of both outlets.

TURKEY  9770.005 kHz TRT Emirler in Turkish, Russia's war news, at 04.47
UT, S=9+35dB signal strength, 04.00-05.58 UT.

RUSSIA  {Abkhazia's break away segregated area from GEORGIA, occupied by
Russia during Yeltsin era}
