MOLDOVA [Pridnestrovia]  re_11540even at 11.05 UT, from Radioteletsentr
(PRTC) transmitter Grigoriopol Maiac. yes Zach, heard the two strings
also on 11490 / 15590 kHz today March 15:

Checked the Hungarian remote Perseus SDR server at HA1VHF location,
11540even S=9+35dB signal, and both sideband poor strings of -103.3dB only

and at Delhi server noted also fair -98dBm string of Turkish Erdogan
jammer on 11540.010 kHz on upper flank.
