Don`t see how it could be anything but SIBC; unknown when may switch to 5020 and even modulate it. 9545 finally cut off at 0549.5* - but 5020 not on yet by 0611. 9545 carrier was within 1 Hz of accurate. Recheck direct at 0711, JBA carrier now on 5020, as well as 5040 presumed Vanuatu. Later replies via WOR iog: Lucio Otavio Bobrowiec: ``Hi all, At 0845 on 5020 male and female talks, poor signal, unreadable, must be SIBC. 73 Lucio, Embu Brasil`` Ron Howard, Asilomar State Beach, California: ``SOLOMON ISLANDS. 5020, SIBC, 1022 UT, March 4. Thanks to Glenn for noticing their reactivation after a considerable silence; better audio level than heard in the past, but still unreadable.
