15624.874 kHz much odd frequency noted tonight Jan 17 at 01.40 UT AWR in Cantonese via SLBC former DWL relay Trincomalee. S=9+10dB signal in northern India in Delhi Perseus RX remotedly.

Or is that rather an outlet of Guam KSDA AWR transmission from Agat Facpi Point tx site instead ?
