** CUBA. 15370, Nov 16 at 2054, RHC S9+25 in suptorted French, while English on 15140 is not so bad. Something`s always wrong at RHC.
Time for another episode of The Other Side, lest we be swayed by RHC propaganda, even if we could understand it: ``The Success of #15NCuba --- For those who dreamed of a sudden end to the dictatorship, not much happened…but for those who understand that outcome as the result of an already- irreversible process, the November 15 demonstrations were a triumph...`` https://diariodecuba.com/cuba/1637069576_35579.html And as I write this on the PBS Newshour: https://video.kqed.org/video/cuba-crackdown-1637101529/ (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** KASHMIR [non]. 15170, Nov 16 at 1610, routine check for weekly Tuesday clandestine Kashmir Civitas via IRRS via Romania: NO signal into UTwente. Is it all over? I garbled it again last time as ``Citivas`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** PUERTO RICO. Re my lament that DDP beacon on 391 is not being heard, this reply: ``Hi Glenn! Yes, I was the listener who last reported hearing beacon DDP-391 on Nov 7 with complete details, which is why my logging shows up in the RNA Signal List. On the NDB Groups.io list, several listeners reported it off starting around Nov 10, but it has since been reported on the same list as being back on around Nov 15. None of these listeners reported their reception details, so their reports do not show up on the RNA Signal List. One of the listeners who keeps careful track of NOTAMs reporting that there was none issued for DDP during this period. Steve Howe, Saint Albans, VT`` Guess what, in the meantime I did log DDP for the first time this season: 391 MCW kHz, Nov 16 at 0735, DDP; also audible tuned to 389 USB (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 359 MCW kHz, Nov 16 at 0737, SDR, 25-watt ND beacon at Snyder TX, not far from OK but seldom herd; tuned to 358 USB (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 7240 LSB, Tue Nov 16 at 2105, ``No Name Net`` taking 15 check-ins, some talkovers, including from KS and OK. First QSO seemed about random topix as to be expected. This appeared in final edition of John Norfolk`s ``Nets to You`` schedule of April 2007 when it was at 2200 M/W/F on 7230-LSB in Central US (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. WORLD OF RADIO 2112 monitoring: despite my best plans, missed checking Tue Nov 16 at 2330 on WRMI 9955, which Richard Lemke caught last week. So? Nothing later than this at: http://wmlkradio.net/2021/09/25/facebook-posts/ ``Cover for WMLK Radio 436 Greetings and welcome to the WMLK Radio website. I get 13-2 to PSIP as kids -- lower case, as another PBS station overdoes it with *two* channels for them during daytime. Rabbitears.info shows KERA also with 13-3 Create and 13-4 World Channel; did not get to those before fadeout. KETA OKC has its 2, 3 and 4 in different order: -2 World, -3 Create, -4 Kids. I was sitting on RF 14 as it looked liable to decode: would it be KOCY OKC LP? From 1630 I was getting lots of tropo-enhanced BAD signals, such as 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 21, 26; while some `local` OKC channels were not decoding, no doubt because of DX QRM, even really local Enid powerhouse K17JN-D. Two Tulsa marketers did come thru, RF 20 and RF 28. I was expecting KS instead of TX, since KHCC 90.1 was completely overriding KUCO when trying to hear `Stardate` at 1558: only barely by nulling R Kansas as much as possible by pointing the PL-880 rod toward KS. KERA and DFW Metroplex happen to be almost same direxion from here as OKC where the TV antenna is aimed. Rabbitears shows KERA`s 975 kW ERP direxional for the northern hemisphere from Cedar Hill antenna farm at SE corner of Dallas (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 0050 UT November 17
