This morning 9420 kHz at 11.40 UT is covered totally by CNR13 Uyghur 
progr from CHN Lingshi bcast center at S=9+10dB
9800 kHz Sirjan southwards is only S=7-8 fair signal in weEUR.
9525/9530/9535 kHz channels are totally empty at this hour, so maybe 
either the keyboard input of the Zahedan transmitter sliped, or the fq 
command table from Tehran has a typographical error, instead of 9530 kHz 
with the out of band 9130 kHz definition ? !
My guess according S=9+15dB signal at 11.32 UT is 9130even IRIB Zahedan 
site at westerly 289degr azimuth.
