Hiroshima Japan in northern wintertime season.

TAJIKISTAN  9899even  Voice of Tibet via Dushanbe Yangi Yul relay around 
13.10 UT on Nov 1. Later around 13.48 UT noted on 9886 kHz channel 
instead, in 9864 to 9899 kHz space odd-fq selection. But surprise, 
surprise, today on Mondays, - nothing noted of usual accompanied China 
mainland security forces jamming organization on the even like xxx0. or 
xxx5. kHz space apart.
VIETNAM  12019.991 kHz  Voice of Vietnam in Japanese from Son Tay bcast 
center, noted at 13.51 UT on fair signal S=6 in Delhi India remotedly. 
Scheduled 10.30-15.30 UT in various foreign languages.
KOREA D.P.R. / MONGOLIA  Bad mixture and 120 Hertz buzz tone 
interference of VoKorea in En/Fr, and co-channel Voice of Mongolia from 
Ulan Bataar around 13.00 and 14.57 UT.
12014.883 kHz Ulan Bataar shifted around to 12014.874 kHz, carrier on 
air even around early 13.55 UT on Nov 1st, into Chinese Mandarin 
language service at 14.00 UT,
and co-channel 12015.003 kHz VoKOR from Kujang bcast center.
