observed at 18.21 UT on Saturday Aug 14.
English news from R Kuwait in AM mode (not DRM digital tonight)
at 18.30 UT, S=9+20dB or -60dBm strength. Scheduled 260 kW at 310 degrees.
Heard at various KiwiNet and Perseus_net SDRs tonight
in Delhi, Greece and western Europe,
