I don't even know why they have to mention the "controversial" aspect. I am
a radio scientist. Nothing they do there is controversial to me. But then,
I understand everything they have been doing there.

I believe I saw mentioned on their Facebook page that they may have their
summer camp for students in radio science and plasma physics again this
year. That could be what the FAA warning involves.
