order than monitored: either Chinese talk or carrier on known
frequencies, the stronger ones with flutter: 12820 S7-S9; 13020 S6-S8;
13130 S9-S5; 13530; 13640; 13870 S6-S9; 13920; 14900; 15970 S6-S8;

off-frequency, S9+10 into UTwente until 1759 NA by military band, off

Holder, Isle of Wight, reported 24 hours before was also briefly on
