I reviewed my recording of the Ugandan Clandestine on 15170kHz on Saturday at 1500UTC. I dont know what NEXUS/IRRS transmitter site this is using, but I noticed something interesting in reviewing my recording that I'd left unattended while I did other work.
The clandestines program was over early at 1509UTC because the program had apparently been joined in progress. There was a few seconds of dead air, a United Way PSA that got lopped off before it was done for time tones then an incorrect 1730UTC time check, followed by Feature Story Newscast, and then about 14 or 15 minutes worth of music. At about 1525UTC there were some time tones, a Feature Story Newscast, an AARP PSA followed by a song from Lyza Wilson then transmitter off when it should go off at 1530UTC.
