15.00 til 15.27:45 UTC CUT OFF FEED stream ... suddenly scratch switch off.
and 2nd recording, start at 15.29:10 UTC again, 40 seconds M U S I C  feed again to 15.30 STOP finally.
At all the time heard an heavy OTHR splatter on adjacent 15180 kHz broadband on 15170 to 15190 kHz.
