Ugandan clandestine on air on 15170khz till 1530UTC. The broadcaster is a Nexus/IRRS Milan client, but I don’t think it’s using a transmitter site they claim is near Milan. The man hosting the broadcast mentioned his name, Rashid Kosata is what it sounded like but during the several broadcasts he’s done, I’ve never heard him mention any contact information.
