THAILAND. 12044.977, May 26 at 1431, VOA Korean has an LAH = low
audible heterodyne, but main signal zero-beats about here, while
match-het measuring shows 12045.005 or so. I suppose being jammed

The only 11940 kHz REE outlet noted on 24.00 at May 26 / 27,
but nothing on 17855 kHz, OFF air here from Noblejas-Spain.
