The
very severe cyclonic storm called Yaas, hit the Odisha coast
in the morning of 26 May 2021 bringing lot of damages in the
area.
AIR Cuttack of Odisha State was noted on 972 khz (300 kW)
continuously in the previous night broadcasting emergency
messages in Odiya along with songs instead of signing off at
around 11.20 pm IST
