Voice of Korea, KRE, is currently broadcasting in Japanese from 7:00 to
12:50 UTC on 12015 kHz (Kujang) instead of 11865 kHz // 9650 (Kujang),
6070 (Kanggye), 621 (Chongjin) kHz. Heard on KiwiSDR Sataima and
Fukushima, Japan. Whether this is a permanent change remains to be seen.
11735 kHz to SE Asia is missing but this may just be a tx outage,
