Back on Mon May 10th at 0601UTC in Alaska, I had a mysterious 15520khz
transmission with a man in african accented english and french, swapping
between the two.. going on and on about Uganda, our brothers, our struggle,
our government. This was most certainly not a preacher and sounded like a
clandestine political type broadcast. The audio cut out a few times, like
it was a live broadcast fed from this guys location to whatever transmitter
site this was.
At the end of the show, it sounds like he put his phone up to the
microphone and played a song over the air like that then after about 21 1/2
minutes, 2 studio quality english ACA/pop songs played like they were
played from a computer at the transmission site and not a live feed from
this guys studio. I have ZERO idea who this is or where it came from and no idea where to
even begin. Anyone have any idea? Here's an audio recording of the entire nearly 28 minutes I caught. Audio:
