I’ve got an UNID’d African signal on 15220khz at 0605UTC. He’s going on
about Uganda, our country, our brothers, our struggle, bad government. I
see nothing on Eibi or Short Wave dot info. Who is this?

Audio is occasionally cutting out, making it seem like this is fed to
whatever transmitter site over the internet. It’s one guy just talking on
and on and on Switching between English and French

He ended the show at 0620 or so by doing what I think was putting his phone
up to the mic to play a song. Then a broadcast quality Spice Girls song
came on.

I’ve never heard this before and have no idea where to even start
