0630UTC on Fri May 7th. (1030pm Thu. May 6th local time, about an hour, 90
minutes before local sunset)

Started hearing some halfway decent fade ups with Clube Do Para's telltale
audio.. sounds like heavily compressed/processed and got some speech that
would be easily understandable by a native speaker.

SINPO was 34242(3) with a Tecsun PL880, DXE PreAmp and 2 tunable
Doxytronics Loops
