CHINA PBS Xizang (Tibet) off the air again today (April 23), on all
their frequencies, checked 4820, 4905, 4920, 6130 & 6200 kHz, at 0920 UT,
1004 & 1041 UT. Seeing as Ivo reported in WOR iog them on 9580 kHz,
at 0700 UT, April 22, perhaps on a different abbreviated schedule or just
different frequencies now?

and also 7240, 7255, 7385, and 7450 kHz were missed when listened
on remote Perseus SDR at Delhi India. RTC Kashgar-Kashi broadcast center of CRI, on refurbishing repair
action on April 15 til 29, 2021. Maybe the RTC transmitter engineers solved the Kashgar work and
now moved to Tibetan CTB Lhasa-Baiding site
