13710 – Tune in at 0017 with no audio ,although visible signal on the screen. At 0111 Chinese program coming in at a fair level . Talks and announcements by om & yl. Signal off at 0114 and in the background I could hear what sounded like another Station also in Chinese. Carrier returned at 0130 however signal was much weaker than earlier and audio wasn’t good enough to even get any clue as to what the language was. I think that I would agree that what I am hearing is most likely CNR with AIR buried underneath. After 0130 is most likely AIR with their scheduled Indonesian program.
