The important translation is this:

On December 31, 2021, the Czech Radio broadcast on medium (Dvojka, Plus) and long waves (Radio urnál) will end. In most of the country, you can receive these Czech Radio stations in the FM band and in DAB + digital broadcasting.

So, looks like we have a year left to log Czech medium wave.
