11835kHz (Third harmonic 3 x 3945), R. Vanuatu, Vanuatu, Port Vila; 09/11, 0813 – 0821 male talks. Better signal level than 7809kHz, fair, QRM from 11840 presumed CNR and seems HAM. 3945kHz very weak. At 0815 abrupt QRM growth and almost nothing was heard; sometimes mixing signals. Better moment to listen here is 0800 – 0815(LOB).
