Maybe a different TX unit at Gavar is in use today ?
Maybe extreme propagation condition happened yesterday Sept 28 ?

UZBEKISTAN  7590 even NoKRR via RRTM Telecom Tashkent Uzbekistan bcast center. Tashkent Shortwave Transmitting Station.
Today Sept 29 at 1430-1530 UT in Korean service.
At 15.30 UT changed to 7530 kHz see below
Upper flank suffered by UTE distortion.
7530even  V.of Martyrs Korean via Tashkent Uzbekistan bcast center,
also noted in Delhi India remotedly Perseus SDR rx, Sept 29,
S=9+25dB signal like 7590 kHz see above.
The upper 40-39 meterband is heavily disturbed by few UTE / OTHR signal
scratching signal blocks on ranges
7458 - 7469
7524 - 7531
7578 - 7582
and UTE hopping to
7580 - 7584
7586 - 7597
and partly too
7591 - 7596
7654 - 7727
7787 - 7793 kHz.
