1100-1400 NF 11725 KWT 250 kW / 030 deg to WeAs Farsi, ex 11910, re-ex 7435
0630-1100 NF 17800 KWT 250 kW / 050 deg to WeAs Farsi, ex  5860 - NO CHANGE
Both frequencies are unregistered in A-20 HFCC Database July 3 but 11725 is 
registered in USAGM RMS locations, instead of previous 11910 kHz & 7435 kHz
