11645, 9425 19May 2028 NORTH KOREA Voice of Korea in Korean. The 11645 frequency has no broadcast listed on any list for that time, the last broadcast listed on 11645 is for 1700-1800 in Arabic. I don't remember hearing KCBS on that 11645 frequency and even more so with a good signal. In the video you can see that 11645 is in parallel with 9425. End of broadcast at 2050 (Jorge Freitas-BA)
