I am checking 11580 kHz now at 1250 and you are right: there is no 
transmission of FEBA India/KTWR, only Sound of Hope in Chinese on 
11580.13 kHz. When did you last hear it and have you reported this to

Yes, BBC is from Oman on 5970 kHz also 0100-0200, not Armenia. SLBC 
doesn't publish their shortwave schedule and that 0030-0200 segment

Were you sure, that the Chinese transmission was from TWR and not China?
