HCDX
Hi all,

Hearing in central UK what seems to be be an Eastern European station,
possibly Russian on 3166.3kHz at 2234 UTC with good strength, SINPO 32233.

I've been listening for a while and no obvious ident heard.

Anyone any bright ideas as to what it is?

Radio Kenwood TS-990S, 134ft Carolina Windom up 12 mtrs...
