transmissions is to avoid adjacent channel interference from the
opposite side; of which there is plenty. All this via UTwente SDR.
Even 7290 has splatter from 7280 - Vietnam listed, not 7285, as IRRS
immediately jumped down to 7290 at 1900 for WORLD OF RADIO this
Monday, socially distant 5 kHz from 7295 CRI Urumqi, East Turkistan,
land of brainwashing Uighurs. Note: from next week in A-20, different situation with IRRS shows one
UT hour earlier. Registered to jump from 7295 to 7290 at 1800,
