Korea mystery tests resume
Thursday, March 12 2020

HCDX

KBS Seoul Spanish tests to Latin AM.

On which days tests planned ?

Nothing noted on 7430 kHz at around 01.00 UT today March 12.

These KBS tests series are organized and published somehow amateurishly.

Only strange technician engineering test noted from
AGM United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Greenville B center

on next door channel 7435 kHz R Marti program
from crash start at 01.53:57 UT, S=8 or -78dBm strength here
in Germany and Switzerland remote SDR rxs.

Program lasted only 6 minutes !
and Greenville signal switched OFF at exact 02.00 UT, on March 12.

73 wb

ps. reliable direction finding on KiwiNet worldwide, you need at least
3-4 powerful and un-disturbed QRM free Kiwi signals for
a meaningful measurement.

Subject: [WOR] Korea mystery tests resume

Reminder that Spanish from KBS is testing another four days on different
frequencies than the two instead of four days before; imminently at
0100-0130 UT on 7430, 0300-0330 on 5900. Who can trace the transmitter
sites, by TDOA or any method? Glenn
