50 minutes ago and here is the reply in about half hour:
"Dear Manuel,
we confirm your reception report and thank you very much.

We are running a few hundred watts into a dipole antenna. At the moment we
are testing with a friend`s transmitter, but we hope that soon we will be on
air with our own transmitting equipment and hopefully with a better antenna
and some more power.
We are looking forward to hearing from you again.
