The guys here on the radio community should HEFTY complain direct to the 
Dutch NGO Foundation frequency management organization to avoid such 
co-channel clash at least in coming B-20 season from late October 2020.
This shortwave co-channel clash is a problem because small domestic 
broadcaster send requests to ITU Geneve with their 50 kW systems are never 
included in the HFCC Conference database, like for example Radio Habana 
Cuba, KCBS Pyongyang and similar ...
