Ok, this has to be one of the oddest explanations I’ve ever read for
requesting an Special Temporary Authority


KXTD-AM 1530 Wagoner, OK is requesting permission to operate at lower than
it’s licensed 5000 watts and to do it Non directional after a trampoline
flying through the air during a tornado toppled one of their towers
