Station on 4930 kHz?

HCDX
I'm hearing a weak station on 4930 kHz. First noted at 2257, still there at 2328. It's best with the antenna pointed S or SW. Does anyone know who this is, or can anyone get good audio? Radio Sur Andina, Peru?
