KFIR is competing against WGN Chicago here at my QTH in Laramie, WY. IT wouldnt do that if it were on night power, I don't think. I've never heard KFIR until this week when it may have been at day power earlier this week as well. It's been heard by a few DX'ers in other parts of the country. FYI: KFIR is running Coast To Coast till 6am pacific then "Handel On The Law" 6 to 9am mountain, WGN is running all local programming
