Not sure how to submit SWL listening reports from my QTH; however, here's
the following:

Receiver - ICOM 9500
Antenna - 80 - 6 m vertical
Time - 2213 - 2230 UTC
Date - 23 August, 2019
Reception - About an S7 + QSB
Copied reception in French along with music in program
