VoI has been noted via Jakarta KSDR only with signal S10 or -69 to -63db on ....4750KHz!
ON 1/5 on 2130 with ID in the clear with English prg On 2/5 ,1815UTC german prg, mixed with Bangladesh English prg (as loged next via Vietnam KSDR in the clear witout any QRM from VoI ) Sample audio of 2/5 with '3325kHz' still noticed from Jak KSDR

that shows that the station is QRMed inside the country!
There were further checks in Australia and Vietnam in 1.5 without sucess .
(NEW )May2 , on 2115 was QRMed by CNR as heard in SWAustralia KSDR
The worst frequancy to use...Will they change that again? ?
