Unscheduled broadcast of Radio Exterior de EspaÃa at 0815 on 11670 fair/good
& 12030 very good, from 0825 open carrier / dead air on both, ID Radio 3 at
1000UT on 12030 and from 1002UT dead air again.From 10:14 12030kHz back with
modulation // 11670kHz.
I guess Tuesdays was maintenance/repair/test day at Noblejas some 20 ... 30
