9810+330=10140this assuming both frequencies are on at that time and
are from the same site.
There may be then something (CNR2 or CNR11) also on 9150.

Yes, I meant to say transmitter mixing product, but didn't find a 
suitable combination among Baoji-Sifai frequencies. Receiver overload 
would be surprising in Brazil for these transmitters.
