USA 3264.604 ... 608 kHz, WBCQ Monticello, wandered 4 Hertz upwards within
an/per minute around, at 0022 UT on Febr 12.

S=8-9 signal at remote N9JY at Cape Canaveral Cocoa Florida state in US.

Heavy pop rock music played, guitar rock performance noise. Similar strength
noted also in NJ, NY, and MI state SDR's.

Heard also on threshold level noise S=5-6 on remotedly SDR units in
Blackpool England, Belgium, The Netherlands and in Bretagne France too.
