Noted from the website EI7GL Diary: There will be HAARP experiments on May 8-10 UTC. Probable times are 2000-0200 UTC and probable frequency is around 3.25 mhz although all this is subject to change. Frequency can range between 2.8 and 10 mhz. These experiments are to help identify ways to improve collision detection on satellites. Reception reports are appreciated.
