USA 17690 kHz May 1 at 1710 UT, again NO signal of R. Marti to Cuban
mercenaries for Russia in Ukraine. Was also missing and found nowhere
else on April 30. Again May 1 at 1720-1725 UT I do a quick but thorough
bandscan and find it nowhere else on the 21, 17, 15, 13 or 11 MHz bands.
Propagation is degraded but VOA still manages a good signal in English
from Grimesland on 17530 kHz, and Marti to Cuba on 13605 kHz, while 11930
& 11860 kHz are JBA absorbed. It's done for now but unconfirmed whether
permanently canceled. Could it be they got zero listener response? I'm on
a Martinoticias mailing list and never saw any reference to this secret?

Now I search the website on Ucrania and get loads of hits on stories men-
tioning it but nothing about the broadcasts; however this brief about the
mercenaries:

Then no significant hits searching on the 4 frequencies used:
