S9+10/20 into UTwente --- also with ticking OTH radar ranging 17670-17710, suspiciously as if employed for jamming, but no bother on center frequency at UTwente where measured. And radar gone by 1741 recheck.
Strangely enough, neither 17690 nor 17680 in latest HFCC April 3, the only GB entries on 16m being VOA on 17530, 17850. Lower RMs for Cuba do appear. Nor does 17865, if that still apply for R. Martisky on weekends 13-17; no conflicts there. 17680 is out because now it`s NHK via France at 17-19 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
