ON-Air at 02.00:13 UTC.EIBI list dabase exact schedule 02.00 UT start,
but Aoki list for Perseus Userlist1 still shows 01.00 UT summer time entry.
At Alberta some WWCR signal gap observed, only S=8-9,very LOW Modulation,
better signal of S=9+15dB level in Detroit-MI-USA installation of
W8GTX ham operator.

Tue/Wed/Thu; different ones other days of week: we should see if this
happen to them too. Something`s not right at Nashville.
