UZBEKISTAN  9329.928 V of Wilderness, Korean target radio,
S=9+30dB at 15.11 UT on Oct 14  in Doha Qatar remotedly.
Same signal strength also in western EUR,
but hit also by whistle UTE signal
of same strength onn lower flank
of exact 9327.582 kHz at 15.20 UT
S=9+20dB in Miyagi - Tokyo Japan remotedly.
S=9+10dB sidelobe into Delhi IND.

U S A. 9330, Oct 13 at 1525 and again/still at 0052 Oct 14, WLCR
via WBCQ-6 is OFF the air. Wonder what`s wrong now.

UZBEKISTAN. 9329.930, Oct 13 at 1523, gospel music at S9+15 into
UTwente; I`m checking how WLCR via WBCQ is making it to Europe.
Incredibly this is way off-frequency. In fact, local check finds WBCQ
OFF, nothing else audible here. But UTw: 1527 Korean announcement.
EiBi shows clandestine CMI V of Wilderness, via Tashkent. WRTH shows
religious, by Cornerstone Ministries. Off at 1529* and still no WBCQ.
When both be on, must be quite a collision in Europe if not Korea
