Radio Congo 6115 kHz seems to be out of the air since July 28

CONGO, 6115, Radio Congo, Brazzaville, since July 28, when I last heard 
it, no Radio Congo signal on 6115 kHz, no audio, no carrier.
My July 28 log:

comments, African songs, at 2000 news, female, male, id. “Radio Congo”, 
“La Republique du Congo”.  From 1857 to 1959 QRM from CRI on 6110.
